Trek, Rappel & Zip-line in the Middle of Iguazu’s Subtropical Rainforest!

• Let your adrenaline take over in the Iguazu subtropical forest with rappelling, zip-lining, and trekking

Embrace your adventurous side with an exciting multi-adventure experience; including trekking, canopy (zip-lining), and rappelling in the midst of the thick and lush Iguazu subtropical forest.

This exciting adventure takes place near the Parana River coast, located just 9 miles (15 kilometers) from the Iguazu Falls. The three activities included in this experience are:

Trekking: we’ll make a short trek of just over half a mile (900 meters) within the forest, where we’ll get firsthand views of the varied native species of flora; including orchids, palm trees, and strangler figs.

Canopying: Feel the adrenaline rush as you zip-line or “bird fly” from one tree to another over lush green tree canopies. You’ll use a harness to zip-line between several platforms among the tree canopies, at heights ranging from 15 to 75 feet (4.5 to 25 meters), over a distance of half a mile (800 meters), completed in 3 different stages.

Wet Rappelling: Experience an exciting rappelling excursion, where we’ll descend canyon stone walls, set upon waterfalls and light and dark shades of green surrounding us. You’ll have the choice of making your descent down the rocks in the middle of a waterfall for 49 feet (15 meters), or dry rappelling through a ravine of around 65 feet (20 meters).

Our expert guides will provide us with all necessary safety equipment – including harnesses and helmets - and explain the particulars of our adrenaline-infused adventure.

The tour draws to a close as we set our feet back on the ground once more, and make our way back to our hotel… having just created memories of gliding through mid-air, just like a bird!
