Also Included in the Trip Price

Personalized and rapid assistance during your trip, our goal is to provide you with a worry-free experience during your entire trip.

Our local operations office in Argentina will oversee all details during your trip; you will also enjoy having a local trip host assigned for your trip who will be reachable by phone at all times--we’re always just a call away!

All taxes for the land services are included (e.g., hotel taxes, tolls), except for Iguazu where there is a hotel tax of $25 Argentine pesos (approximately USD 1) per person and per night (charged for a maximum of 2 nights) that can only be paid directly at your Iguazu hotel when you check-in (this amount charged may vary subject to decision of the provincial government).

To provide a worry-free trip experience we include all needed entrance tickets to national parks and other tour related fees, which are normally not included or even mentioned by other travel agencies.

Iguazu Falls

  • Entrance ticket to Iguazu National Park for the "Experiencing the Unique Power of the Iguazu Falls from the Argentine Side" tour
  • Entrance ticket to Iguaçu National Park for the "Beholding Breathtaking Panoramic Views of the Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian Side" tour

El Calafate

  • Entrance ticket to the Glaciers National Park for the "Conquering the Mighty Perito Moreno Glacier" tour

Not Included in the Trip Price

International air tickets to and from Argentina are not included.

Domestic flights for this trip are quoted separately from land services. Prices of domestic flights depend exclusively on flight availability at the time of booking, with much lower airfares available for flights booked well in advance. That means the sooner you book your trip, the lower the airfares.

As an estimation, we can let you know that the total price for the 3 domestic flights needed for this trip starts at $422 per person (subject to availability). This is a promotional airfare, regular airfares can be up to 4 times higher. This means that the sooner you book your trip, the greater our chances of booking this or a similar airfare.

Our flight issuing service will help you enjoy a worry-free trip. It includes: checking for all possible flight options to suggest to you the best flight itinerary and airfare for your trip, flights booking and issuing, daily tracking of flight status and changes, reconfirmation with the airline of each flight before each departure, booking of your flight seats (not available for the most promotional airfares, with those airfares you can select your seats only when doing the check-in for your flight), web check-in (not available for all flights) and assistance with your flights arrangements if there is any flight delay, change or cancellation before or during your trip.

Letting us take care of your domestic flights arrangements will let you enjoy a worry-free travel experience as it is very common for local airlines to make flight changes before (and sometimes during) the trip. With each flight change it is necessary to check that the new flights are compatible with your itinerary and tour times. This is so because the local airlines make their flight changes without taking in consideration at all if the new flight times will allow any programmed same-day flight connections, booked tours, or if the new flight times will be convenient for the itinerary.
